How to make the food system of big cities more resilient?
Tecnoalimenti participated to a general meeting held at OsloMet-Oslo Metropolitan University as partner to the Fusilli project. This European project aims to innovate the Urban Food System of 12 European cities.
Diego Gornati of Tecnoalimenti presented our vision on the importance of strengthening the food supply chain in cities and a new way of connecting the local producers with the food manufacturing and processing, which could be the future of the “urban food processing”.
To make the food system of big cities more resilient, it is important to consider food security and the sustainability of food production.
