On the 16th of June Raffaello Prugger and Marco Gerevini, on behalf of Tecnoalimenti, coordinators of ER2FOOD project, attended the ER2FOOD Workshop at the Grand Nile Tower hotel in Cairo. The Workshop was organized together with NSCE – North South Consultants Exchange and RINA.
The conference discussed how to raise awareness about sustainability in the SME ecosystem and about the importance of energy and resource efficiency in the Egyptian food sector and especially in the bakery.
