Tecnoalimenti, togheter with the other Co-Fresh pilot cases partner, attended on 28-29 April the co-creation training. This event was organized in Castelldefels, Barcelona by Center for Agri-Food Economics and Development (CREDA – Polytechnic University of Barcelona).
In these two days of meeting, we worked to exchange opinions and points of view about strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities in the agri-food supply chain.
This was done with the aim of generating new ideas about potential sustainability-oriented innovations.
This co-creation methodology will be applied to the 7 pilot cases of vegetable supply chains of the Co-Fresh project.
